Our regular office hours are Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For emergencies, our medical team is available 24/7 to provide immediate care.
Appointments can be scheduled in advance by phone, online, or in person. While walk-ins are welcome, we encourage booking ahead to reduce wait times. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time, and kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If you’re feeling unwell, please visit St. Jose Hospital as soon as possible or call us to schedule an appointment. For non-emergency symptoms, our medical team will assess and guide you through the appropriate treatment. If it’s a serious or life-threatening condition, seek emergency care immediately—our 24/7 emergency unit is always available.
To request a prescription refill, please contact our hospital pharmacy or your attending doctor directly. Refills can be processed during regular office hours, and in some cases, may require a follow-up consultation to ensure continued safe and effective treatment.
